Prof. Eli Picard is a distinguished pediatrician who is specialized in obstetrics and Intensive care. He is an expert in pediatric lung diseases: asthma, congenital malformations of the respiratory system, sleep problems, bronchodilament and pulmonary embolism. Professor Picard obtained the medical degree and trained in the Soroka-Beersheba Hospital and in Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem. He was appointed Chairman of the Child Health Examination Committee and President of Israel Association of Pediatric Lung Physicians in.
