Privacy Policy Medibooking  
1. General                        

I. Medibooking (referred to as “We”, “Us”, “Our” etc.) values your private information and we do our best to ensure that the information provide to us is protected and secured. Please read and accept the following Agreement.                      
II. This Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions for the entire agreement between Us and the individual (“the user”, “you”, “your”) which covers the use of the website medibooking.org and the services provided to the user by Medibooking. We advise you become familiar with both documents.
 
 III. Medibooking accepts its responsibility to you and your personal information, the document below contains the rules upon which your information will be gathered and used as well as reasons for disclosure of your personal information.                     
IV. We reserve the right to revise the Privacy Policy at any time, you will be informed by the up-dated date at the top of the document.
                      
V. If you do not agree with this agreement please stop the use of the website immediately.

I. The terms in the privacy policy applies to the website and the services, by using the website and our services the user fully accepts the privacy policy and allows us to use information in accordance with this agreement and confirm the fact that we have an authority to perform such actions. We inform you that the information you provide us is collected for lawful purposes, and that without the personal information you provide we would not be able to complete our service to you. The gathering of the information is necessary and related to the purpose of our services.

3. If we believe your actions are not complying with our agreement or policies to protect the rights, property, and safety of the company and other users.

In the even that Medibooking undertakes or is involved is any merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or insolvency event then Medibooking may sell, transfer or share some or all of its assets, including user information. Prior to this Medibooking will inform its users before any personal information is transferred and become subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Medibooking may monitor, review or analyze the user communication either in the website or over email, this is to investigate for fraud, or to improve customer support or functionality of automated tools.                       
V. By using the website you confirm that you have sufficient legal capacity to consent and agree to the processing of your personal information under the terms and conditions within this document.               
VI. The sharing of your personal information is voluntary, however without your personal information we will not be able to perform our service to you. Note: You, the user, have the right oppose the collection of all information mentioned above, or to decide on the use of the information provided. You may choose to be deleted from our system and database, which entails Medibooking deleting all information collected during your use of the website and our services. VII. Medibooking and its employees cannot be liable for any information communicated by you to an outside source or for any health damage or loss incurred. Do not provide any personal or medical information to any individual and us if you are not certain of the conditions the information is being collected or used.

I. We will store and use the information for as long as it is necessary to provide quality services and as long as the information is used in form recognized by the company.

I. We take measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

We are actively monitoring and enforcing the information protecting standards during our activities including rendering access to information only to employees who need it to provide services to you the user, signature of non-disclosure agreements by employees, signature by partners and external companies, storing of information is done so under encrypted form, protected servers that are secured from unauthorized access.                    
III. Due to the fact that there is no secure method of protecting information during storage, transfer and processing into electronic form we cannot give full warranty of its complete safety.
